The Kau Gaai Café flagship store at Baiyun International Airport, Canton, showcases a stunning visual and interior design project reflecting the brand's unique identity. Emphasizing their signature Chinese red color palette, the design features distinctive Cantonese typography, Hong Kong-style comfy booth seating, and carefully chosen tableware that reveals a deep exploration of Hong Kong tea restaurant culture. The brand symbol, a rice bowl, is creatively integrated throughout the space, promoting an essential aspect of Hong Kong dining culture—sharing a meal at the same table. The design fosters closer connections between customers, encapsulating the simplicity and purity of Hong Kong's tea restaurant culture.
求解冰室，繼於廣州天河鬧市中心的首間店落成後，一度佔據抖音平台『粵菜第一名』、『大宗點評茶餐廳熱門榜第一名』，吸引眾多食客前來品嘗，網上好評如潮，每天排隊狀況空前。
為了貫徹求解團隊『有求必應』的品牌宗旨，滿足各方食客對美食的追求，求解選擇在廣州白雲機場旁，佔地700㎡的商場建造『求解冰室旗艦店』。
新店設計繼續沿用求解冰室極具品牌識別性的-中國紅為主要色調，為新場址進行設計構思的時候考慮到，場地臨近廣州白雲國際機場，來往的遊客佔據商場消費者的比重很大，無疑這是傳揚粵語文化的好機會；視覺設計有獨特盞鬼的粵文字、軟裝體驗有港式舒適的沙發卡座，甚至餐具選擇亦透露著品牌對港式茶餐廳文化的深入探究。
品牌符號『飯碗』同樣得到更廣泛的融合，店內會以不同方式的裝置展示，在『沒什麼一頓飯解決不了的，如果不行，那就兩頓』的品牌文化基礎上，帶給機場遊客認識和體驗到港式飯桌文化最重要的一個情感——同檯食飯。因此延伸到軟裝搭配方面，更多的使用了圓桌，而非茶餐廳最常見的卡座，希望顧客可以借此一頓簡單日常的聚會，更拉近彼此的感情，這就是最簡單最單純的港式茶餐廳文化：同檯食飯
