The identity carries through to the flagship store on Elizabeth Street, Melbourne CBD, where the same pink, black, and hints of green run across fixtures, signage, and display walls — creating a space that feels contemporary, trend-driven, and unmistakably built for sneaker culture. Across Melbourne, the brand now operates up to eight pick-up and drop-off points, including South Yarra, Caulfield, Box Hill, Burwood, and Ashwood — genuine convenience built into the customer journey.
The slogan "Give Your Shoes A New Start" doubles as a nod to sustainability. Every part of the brand runs on a waste-free strategy: paperwork moved online through Shopify's flexible checkout system, and all physical materials — shoe bags, advertising collateral — made reusable and sustainable.

Koala Sneaker Clean 是由 iDDC. 一手創立並開發的自有品牌，圍繞著一個簡單的承諾打造：取件與寄件洗鞋服務，輕鬆無負擔。基於這項核心服務，品牌辨識度成為首要任務——大膽的粉紅與綠色主色調，搭配厚實、自信的字體排版，加上討喜的無尾熊吉祥物 IP，一眼就能被記住。
這套品牌識別延伸至位於墨爾本市中心 Elizabeth Street 的旗艦門市，同樣的粉紅、黑色與少許綠色貫穿店內裝潢、招牌與展示牆面，營造出一個現代、潮流，且不折不扣為潮鞋文化打造的空間。目前全墨爾本已設有多達八個取件與寄件點，涵蓋 South Yarra、Caulfield、Box Hill、Burwood、Ashwood 等地——把真正的便利性,融入顧客體驗的每個環節。
品牌標語「Give Your Shoes A New Start」，同時也呼應著永續趨勢。品牌的每個環節都遵循零浪費策略：透過 Shopify 靈活的結帳系統，將大部分紙本作業轉為線上化；所有實體物料，包括鞋袋與廣告文宣，皆採用可重複使用、永續的材質。
