Founder, Director / Creative Director of the Australia Office
Found iDDC. in 2015 with Yatta. Graduated from the University of Melbourne in a Master of Landscape Architecture. In the research of “Ngon Tong Color Collection”, had a speech at a TED talk. Also, gold award(branding) in Indigo Award Tokyo on “Mr Point Dim Sum”, Better Future Design Award in Melbourne on the “Fabric Lab” shop design, iF Design Award on landscape project: “CONNECTION, The National Centre for Cultural Studies”. In 2022, founded New Dot Lab in South Yarra, Melbourne. Same year, founded Artspire Home in Australia.
Yatta Lee
Founder, Director / Creative Director of China & Hong Kong Office
Founded iDDC. with Jon in 2015, leading the creative direction of the China office based in Guangzhou and Hong Kong. With a strong focus on graphic design, her work has received multiple design awards and is known for its forward-thinking and visionary approach. Yatta excels at blending visual storytelling with brand strategy, bringing innovation, cultural insight, and clarity to every project she leads.
Fezzy Chan
Creative Director of China & UK(remote) Office
Joined iDDC. in 2016 after graduating from London and currently serves as the Creative Director for both China and UK offices . With a decade of experience in brand design and marketing strategy, she specialises in brand positioning, visual storytelling, and art direction across diverse cultural landscapes. Previously, he led creative work as Design Director at Songart Shenzhen and served as Art Director for gaga (Shenzhen). His clientele includes major corporations such as China Resources, with expertise spanning brand systems, visual identity, and integrated campaigns.
Thomas Feng
Architect Team Leader
Thomas brings a blend of creative vision and forward-thinking design, combined with technical precision, to deliver projects that balance innovation with practical results. As a Melbourne-based architectural designer with a strong focus on high-end bespoke houses, multi-residential development, NDIS housing, childcare centres and commercial interior design. My leading experience includes townhouse and apartment development in Reservoir, Patterson Lake housing design, Daveton childcare centre planning and modular housing developing strategy with Solutionswon Group. I bring a blend of creative and sustainable design thinking, paired with technical precision, to deliver projects that balance innovation with practical outcomes.

An iDDC social experiment. Within diverse Chinese communities, cultural nuances can sometimes spark friction rather than mature mutual acceptance. We created this lexicon to bridge that divide. Through language, we hope to foster deep understanding, mature respect, and an appreciation for our cultural diversity.
